   Gwanggyo Cafe Street is one of the most famous places for the people who live in Gwanggyo. This area has steadily been formed since 2013, when the reconstruction of Gwanggyo began. At the beginninng, there was only a few cafes. However, the rapid increase of population in that area made this street more popular.

   From 2013 to 2014, this area was almost an empty space that was only announced to be constructed. Only were a few buildings constructed for residential purpose. Some entrepreneurs, however, recognized that it would be a lucrative street in some years.

   After 2017, over hundreds of cafes have opened on the street. The street mainly consists of cafes and restaurants. One of the reasons why people have preferred the street is that they can try various types of food, such as cake, steak, bread, coffee and beverage here. If you visit there once, you must fall in love with it.

   The buildings and shops are mostly motivated by European design. Moreover, many luxury wine restaurants have recently opened to customers. Those kinds of characteristics contributed to attract wide variety of customers, regardless of their classes.

   I can certainly say that Gwanggyo Cafe Street is more attractive than the huge department store just 1 km away from it. Furthermore, theater near the street and transportation accessibility makes it even better place than ever before.

광교카페거리

   광교카페거리는 광교에 사는 사람들에게 가장 유명한 장소 중 하나이다. 이 지역은 2013년부터 광교 재건축이 진행되며 꾸준히 조성된 지역이다. 초기엔 몇 개의 카페 밖에 없었다. 그러나 그 지역의 급속한 인구증가로 인해 이 거리는 더욱 유명해졌다.

   2013 ~ 2014년, 이 지역은 건설 계획만 발표됐던 거의 빈 공간에 불과했다. 단지 몇 채의 건물만지 거주용으로 지어졌다. 그러나 일부 사업가들은 이 곳이 추후  굉장히 큰 수익성을 가진 장소가 될 것이라고 생각했다.

   2017년 이후 수백 개의 카페가 문을 열었다. 현재 광교카페거리에는 카페와 레스토랑이 주로 입점해 있다. 사람들이 이곳을 선호하는 이유 중 하나는 케이크, 스테이크, 빵, 커피, 음료 등 다양한 메뉴 선택지가 있기 때문이다. 광교카페거리는 한 번 방문한 고객들이 다시 오고 싶게 만드는 장소가 되었다.

   건물 내외부 디자인은 대부분 유럽 건물과 인테리어에서 많은 영감을 받았다. 또한 요즘에는 고급 와인 식당들이 많이 생기기 시작했다. 이러한 특성은 부유층이나 중산층 등 다양한 고객을 매료시키는데 큰 역할을 했다.

   광교카페거리는 1km 떨어진 곳에 위치한 대형 백화점보다 매력적인 장소라고 단언할 수 있다. 게다가 인근에 위치한 영화관과 높은 교통 접근성은 이곳을 전보다 훨씬 더 좋은 장소로 만들고 있다.
