수원시 외국인주민 커뮤니티 문화행사 활성화를 위한 지원계획을

아래와 같이 알려드리오니 많은 참여바랍니다.

○ 수원시에서 개최되는 외국인주민 문화행사 커뮤니티(2022. 8~11월 내 개최예정 행사)

- 수원시에서 개최되는 외국인 문화행사

- 외국인 주민 커뮤니티가 주관하는 음악, 체육, 음식, 의상 등 문화행사

- 외국인 유학생 커뮤니티 문화·학술 행사

※ 외국인 유학생, 결혼이주 여성, 외국인 근로자 등 모든 외국인 주민

※ 내·외국인 주민이 함께 참여할 수 있는 사업으로 구성

○ 커뮤니티 당 최대 200만원

○ 전체 경비의 90% 범위 내 일부 지원

○ 커뮤니티별 지원 금액 차등

○ 신청기간 : 2022. 7. 25.(월) ~ 8. 19.(금) 18:00 [4주간]

○ 제출서류 : 사업 신청서, 행사 세부 계획서

※ 국, 영문 중 1개 선택(2개 언어 작성 가능)

○ 국가별 1개 단체 선정 원칙

(행사 취지·내용 등의 적절성과 실행 가능성을 종합 심사하여 초과 선발 가능)

○ 문화교류 목적 아닌 순수 내부 행사, 동호회 행사, 영리 목적의 행사는 지원 배제

○ 선정된 행사는 공지 및 단체 개별 통지, 별도의 회계 교육 진행

○ 문화행사의 개최 시기 및 장소는 경우에 따라 우리 센터와 협의하여 조정할 수 있음

○ 문화행사의 개최 시기는 11월까지 모두 완료하여야 함

○ 지원금은 행사 완료 후 제출된 결과보고서 검토 후 이상이 없을 시 30일 이내 지급

2022-2 Foreign Community Cultural Event Support Project

Suwon Center for International Cooperation(SWCIC) hereby announces its support plans to promote the cultural events held by foreign residents community in Suwon.

Chairman of Suwon Center for International Cooperation

○ Foreign cultural events to be held in Suwon between July and November, 2022

- Foreign cultural events to be held in Suwon

- Cultural events related to music, sports, food, clothes, etc. hosted by foreign residents communities in Suwon.

- Cultural and academic events held by foreign university students in Suwon.

- All foreign residents including foreign students, international marriage immigrants, foreign laborers, etc.

- Events that include the participation of both foreign and local residents are preferred.

○ Maximum 2,000,000 won per community group

○ Partial support for event expenses (less than or equal to 90% of total expenses)

○ The amount of subsidy may differ for each group

○ Period : July 25 (Mon) to August 19 (Fri) 18:00 (4weeks)

○ Documents to Submit : Application Form, Detailed Event Plan

○ Following the criteria for selection, one event per country will be chosen.

(More than one event per country may be selected in certain circumstances)

○ Non-cultural exchange events such as private internal events, club events, and for-profit events will be excluded from consideration for support.

○ Events that have been selected will receive a notification, and orientation for accounting will be made, respectively.

○ Arrangements regarding the date, time, and venue of all events can be discussed and decided in agreement with Suwon Center for International Cooperation.

○ All the events must be held within November.

○ If no problems are identified from the financial statement submitted following the completion of the event, the grant will be provided within 30 days after the event.
